I saw in the newspaper ad, theres a way to stop. U go to a hypnotizeing guy or somethin. Search it on the internet. Or maybe u could work to stop thinkin about food, or go to a spa or vacation.

i do that too...bad habit. just try to do something else with your time. stay busy...and for comfort....talk to someone
