1) Did you add new papers on top of a pile everyday? -then you know the answer. Did you throw all your school papers into one disordered pile?--then maybe you put dates on themm that's another way. It isn't supposed to be a trick question--the teacher is trying to make a comparison between layers of papers and layers of sedimentary rocks. Sedimentary rocks get laid down layer by layer, so the older ones are at the bottom unless the forces of plate tectonics squash them around or flip them over (like a little brother or sister might do to your orderly stack of homework papers).

Questions 2, 4, and 5: -look here if you don't understand your textbook, maybe they will be more clear:

3). block diagram illustration of a disconformity-http://www.winona.edu/geology/MRW/mrwimages/Earth%20History/disconformity.JPG
It is a type of unconformity, or erosional surface, without any change in the dip of the bedding between the bottom layers and the top layers.

It looks like you are looking for an easy out for your homework, and that is ridiculous. Read whatever was assigned for this section, or if you really are not understanding it, ask your teacher for extra help. I am a Geology major in school, and while I understand these topics, I don't get things like Literature that well, and I am not afraid to ask for help. Please don't cheat.
