There are over 500,000 international students studying inthe USA this minute. Many of them were IBs.

Use the Princeton review or collegeboard.com websites to select a school, then check their website or email directly to their admissions dept. They probably have 25 IBs studying in their campus right now and they will be able to tell you what to do about admissions. This is not a big deal, you can do it.
