I used to be a waitress, so I've seen many horrific and disgusting things 'behind the scenes'... believe me, diners, the cook not washing his hands after going to the bathroom or blowing his nose is the LEAST of your worries... but I never saw rats or mice.
Have you? Was there a big uproar?

I've never seen a rat in a restaurant
But i did hear that someone found a cockroach in their food at my elemtary school.

a rat no! but a mouse yes! i was in the bathroom and ther on the floor was a mouse, so i flushed it(it was a baby i have no idea how it got in there!).
