ok well after i uploaded like 30 songs to my ipod. i clicked the eject button on the itunes. my nano was all fine at first. like i clicked music, playlists, my list, and then it went to my first song. i clicked to play that song and then the screen froze in between moving the screen from the playlist to the song. now it's frozen and i can't turn it off or anything. it doesn't even come up on my itunes. what do i do?

click the hold butting 6 to 10 times then hold the middle and the play/puase fr1 second untilhuts off it should be fine if not call tech supprt

Good luck. If you haven't had it to long, return it for another or write or call the company. FYI, ipods are overrated, expensive junk, honestly, they are. My kids each got the ipod mini and I just cannot see it. More aggravation that it's worth. My kids got theirs from school actually but they were both new. If I had bought them a each a player, I'd have gone with a totally different type/brand. The first ipod our daughter got did the same thing your's is doing right now actually and the school had me send it back to them, waiting on a new one now, for the same reasons as your's did.

You know how you plug the plug thing to recharge it? (from ur iPod to ur computer) Use that.
