what is valley fever? and if he's so worried about getting it cuz it's so prevalent in 'his prison', then maybe he should have thought about that b4 doing whatever it was he did to be sent to prison (along with a lot of other factors). It is prison, not a country club.

Why sue? What good is it going to do? He'll still be in prison and be just another person bogging down the legal system trying to get money that they don't derserve. Diseases happen. Especially in areas like dorms, prisons, schools, large companies and places where multiple people spend a lot of time together.
