How do I stop from cussing so much?

Well, if you're a parent think about what your kids are learning from it. You don't want them to pick it up and think it's okay. I used to cuss like a sailor, but when my kids started using some of the words I had to change my behavior.

Make a cussing jar, every time a you cuss, put some money into the cussing jar, it worked for me.

start replacong them with less offensive words and put a $1 in a jar everytime you cuss and you cant spend the money you have to put it in savings for a year or give it to someone else

if the people u hang wit cuse then u r never stop cussing.u have 2 surround yurself by peps that dont use that bad language.then u have 2 really try cause it aint goin 2 b an over night thing.u also need 2 pray 4 help if u really want 2 stop.

Hmm... I have the same problem. For a while, you will just have to think about what you say in your head for a while. Eventually you will not have to think about not cussing.

gie yourself a task to do for every time you cuss, like putting a dollar in a jar. a friend would put a rubber band around her wrist and when she did what she didn't want, she pulled the band and let go so it hit her inner wrist.

1. buy a piggy bank

2. each time you do it to yourself, put a quarter in there

3 each time you do it to others, put 2 quarters

4. each time you do it in the presence of children, put $1.00

5. Last Sunday of the month, donate the amount to your church or another organization of your choice.

6. When you have no money in the piggy bank, continuously for three months, take your family out and celebrate, may be a Sunday brunch.
