My hearing is ok other than that symptom. It is constant.

Sounds like tinnitus (usually a ringing in the ears but can also be a hum or chirp among other sounds). It is not a disease but a symptom of something else (infection, ear wax, etc.) There are treatments. Check it out on wikipedia, and see your doctor.

You may be experiencing tinnitus which is ringing in the ears. As far as I know there is no way to cure it but seeing an ENT (Ear nose throat) dr may be able to help you treat it. Good luck

Get you ears cleaned. It may be wax bulid up.
