The last time I got dressed I wore a black wig, a short skirt, nude stockings a button down blouse, a bra, pink panties, nails, makeup and 5" hot pink heels.
I was thinking that this time I should wear black patent heels and a black pvc skirt, but I am not sure so any suggestions would be really helpful to links and pictures.
The reason I am doing this is just to walk around and have fun, even though my friends don't know I do this I always walk in the front door when getting home from doing this at night to see if can I get caught or if I am sneaky enough not to be thouroughly embarassed by my friends if they did find out.

I also love getting all dressed up and going out for walks at night. I love the attention I get from straight guys who think I am a real girl. Anyway, I guess what I wear is in direct relation to just how much attention I want to draw to myself. If I just want to go out for a quiet walk, I will "dress down" so as to not stand out.
If I'm feeling the need for some excitement, then I wear the sleaziest clothing I can find without getting arrested lol.
However you dress, just have fun with it!

Trick question ! Try spring clothes, a nice top w/ a tan skirt.
Tennis shoes. But heres the thing its still winter and You would freeze. If its cost effective you don't want to get too many outfits.
Try blond hair for a change!

Try dressing in the 40s/50s female sailor's shirt and skirt... y'know like those groups of pretty women who used to wear that and sing group acapella. I think it's really classy.

I'm only surprised that a cross dresser can walk in 5" heels!
