--It probably needs a new starter solenoid. (the battery positive wire goes to it)
-- With a large screw driver, touch the two large terminals of the solenoid at the same time (be careful of sparks).
--If the engine cranks over, then the battery is charged enough and all wires are making good connections. Replace the solenoid.
--If the engine doesn't crank over, charge the battery, clean and check both ends of each wire going to the battery.

How old is bike? More than 2 yrs or you don't ride frequently, the battery is low or dead. The buzzing/clicking will damage solenoid contacts so you may need to replace that as well.
You could try removing battery and charging it

battery could be weak, terminals might need to be cleaned on battery and starter, starter has dirt in it and needs cleaning, starter has finally died what kind of bike and how old, when did you use it last and did you go through any deep creeks?

the soliniod is stuck peck on it with the handle of a screw driver and see if that frees it up but if it works it'll lock up again time for a new one yo .
