Baby ferrets are called kits, the breeding season for ferrets is around March to September. If you are wanting one for a pet make sure the hob or gill you choose come from non working stock, these are less likely to bite when adults. You will see plenty advertised in a couple of months, make sure they arnt under 8 weeks old when you purchase.
Read as much as you can about ferrets, they are actually more fragile than people make out, they need injections and a really good diet.
They make brilliant, entertaining pets though so good luck!

If you are in the UK you are too early for a baby ferret. Most jills are only now coming into season. The earliest you could reasonably expect to get one of this years kits is around April. In saying that, if this is to be your first ferret a kit may not be a good idea as most kits are delinquents and will go through a testing stage where they will be more prone to nipping. A lot of first time owners give up on them and they end up in rescues. The positive side is that rescues tend to have a lot of reasonably young ferrets that they have taught some manners to. This means that you will get a ferret who will be highly unlikely prone to nipping.

You probably will not be able to get a baby one anywhere.
Have you even had a full grown one before?
Not to be rude, but the way you have typed the question and the fact you want a baby ferret indicates to me you are probably a little young to make this decision. And a responsible animal seller would not sell one to you if you have never had any 'ferret experience'.
I used to work at an SPCA where we would get full grown ones from time to time.
Ask your local SPCA if they have any, or if they have the number to a ferret rescue. But please, don't buy pets from a pet store or breeder, there are so many homeless animals.
