for me it's on my left side, in the fetal postion, one arm under my pillow. Face has to be clear or anything and any skin needs to be covered even if only lightly.
Which is also perfect for the spoon position, arms wrapped around you......smile

I have yet to figure that one out.
I start on my right side...blanket all around me,knee kinda propped up on a pillow...and then it starts.....tossing and turning all night long and every morning the pillow is on the floor....
I am a restless sleeper.....I had a waterbed once but got rid of it...I got seasick every night....
Be careful with the spooning position though..as it will always lead to forking...

Ok i start off on my back but mostly on my stomach, in the middle of the night i switch to a fetal position left or right usually right, then when i wake up i am on my stomach.

I love sleeping on my right side, in a fetal position... but my blankie has to cover my entire body ( including my head)
that a perfect spoon position eh? hmmm... well, good to know :)
