Ok now in Madonna's defence she will be 49 this year so mixing her in w a group that is several years younger isnt really fair.
OK that said - Madonna not looking great, Terri Hatcher looks older than Madonna does, Vivica Fox looks good but I think she is in her late 30's.
SJP looks OK - not great
Demi Moore is holding up very well and Halle looks good to though she is just 40. Vanessa Williams also looks good but not young.

40 is not "old" anymore. Now 40, 50 and even 60 yrs old females are looking younger and more vibrant than ever. Much of this is due to lifestyle, but more and more due to attitude. This makes your question moot. All of these women look terrific.
