Naruto, the kyuubi is the main effective element ever, no longer something can beat it, no longer something!. Sasuke is barely as stable as a pair of couple of Naruto's tails. i think of its approximately 4. Rock Lee with all 8 gates, remains in basic terms as stable as a kage. And Gaara with the Shukuka, he's rather stable yet no the place close to as stable as Naruto. To recap Naruto is the main effective. and you wont call them 'Demon.....' You call them: 'Naruto 9 Tails', 'Sasuke Cursed mark 2' and 'Shukaka Gaara'

well the nine tail fox is the strongest of the tailed demons and can have ultimate power when completely released. the curse on sasuke is temporary and it only appears when orachimaru bites him. the con about the curse is that its hard to stop it. Pros about the fox is u get ultimate power like i said before. a con for the fox is u can't put it away right away.

Hard to tell I would say Naruto mainly because the Fox spirit in him was so strong the Fourth Hokage who was considered the greatest Hokage died sealing him let alone beating him. Also the show is called Naruto.

demon fox's chakra is not without its drawbacks, however. As Naruto draws on more of the demon fox's chakra, his own personality becomes supplanted by the fox's. The degree to which this occurs is proportionate to how much chakra Naruto draws upon. The effect on Naruto's personality becomes significant once he begins accessing his 'tailed' transformation states. The tailed transformations appear as a fox-shaped aura of red chakra surrounding him. The number of 'chakra tails' that extend from the aura indicate its power level, and its effect on his personality. In the one-tailed to three-tailed states, Naruto's personality remains dominant, but he acquires some of the demon fox's bloodlust and ruthlessness. In his four-tailed state (the highest seen so far), the demon fox's personality becomes dominant. Naruto becomes immensely powerful and destructive in this state, enough so to overwhelm even Jiraiya and Orochimaru. Unfortunately, this state also leaves him unable to distinguish between friend and foe. Such a large amount of chakra requires stability, so it densely molds around him. As Yamato stated, his body is just a "skeleton" for the chakra. The intense aura created from it both shields and harms him, burning off all his exposed skin and causing him to bleed from every pore. This, combined with the accelerated cell regeneration, weakens Naruto and shortens his lifespan; much like Tsunade's accelerated regeneration jutsu causes her to age faster

The seals work by forcibly drawing chakra from the user's body, giving the user a chakra capacity beyond what they would normally be capable of when active, as well as increased physical performance as a result of the increased chakra capacity.

The seals have two different levels, which can be determined by their appearance on the user. When inactive, the seal will simply be a black tattoo somewhere on the user's body. Orochimaru has a wide array of cursed seals, so the appearance of the seal will usually vary from user to user. Each seal always has three identical marks arranged in a circular pattern. When first activated, the marks on the seal glow and replicate, spreading over the user's body. This is known as the first level of the seal. The degree to which this occurs is dependent on the user, and the degree to which it spreads is proportionate to the overall effect it has. The second and final level of the seal causes the black marks to completely envelop the user. This is followed by an unnatural alteration of the user's body, with the only common features being yellow eyes with a black retina (Sasuke's Sharingan is an exception). When in this level, the seal eats away at the user's personality, driving them to madness if used too long. It also takes quite a toll on their body, since they are being mutated by the seal.

Because the seals forcibly draw chakra from the user, they will often kill the user when first applied. Orochimaru has averaged a ten-percent success rate when applying these seals. Additionally, even if the user survives, their body will not be able to easily control the power the seals give them. To compensate for this, Orochimaru developed the Seishingan drug. The drug forces the user's body to become accustomed to the unnatural increase in power, but also kills the one who takes it. The Four Black Fog Formation Seal technique is used to keep the drug from killing the user by placing them in a temporary death state. Though Sound Four were the ones to perform the technique, it stands to reason that they weren't the ones that created it.
