When I partitioned my hard drive, instead of making my C:Drive my main drive, I made E my main drive which holds all of my hard drive space. When I tried to install Vista, It said I did not have enough room on C. How can I make it look at E instead of C

I would unpartition the drive and start over (backup, as you will probably lose everything on the drive). The last I saw any OS rename a drive to E was when disk compression was enabled. This reduced the size of files by compressing each file on the disk and uncompressing as necessary. It created a virtual disk called E:

In any case, anytime I upgrade O/S, I prefer to start clean. Buy another hard disk and make your current primary a slave. Load the new O/S on the new hard disk and reload all of your software from scratch, giving you a "new" computer. Then, copy your files over to the new hard disk. After you are sure you copied everything, you can reformat the second drive to use as permanent or temporary storage (such as a CD image) or for backup.
