There is a place in Libis, Quezon City called "Dampa sa Libis". Its a seafood market and a open cook-out. You buy the fresh seafood and you bring it to the food court. You can choose how you want it cooked (steamed, sauteed or buttered). There's also a "Dampa" in Paranaque but I heard that the ambiance there is not that great.

If you want to go to the mall, then look for Kamayan. It is an eat all you can native Filipino foods. It is not only seafoods but a variation.
DAMPA as I know originated in Paranaque near the airport. Though parking there is not as good as the one across the DFA ( Department of Foreign Affairs). Trinity Seafoods in Market market is DAMPA in the mall. The style in DAMPA is you buy the seafoods you want cooked in the vicinity then have it cooked. What you had bought is therefore freshly cooked. The cooking price is almost equal to the price of the goods you bought.
Josephines in Tagaytay City, more than an hour's drive from Manila offers a spectacular view of the Taal Volcano. Seafoods there are good. They have an eat all you can breakfast and lunch every Sunday but its not purely seafoods. We had it last Sunday, what they have for lunch is halaan or soup with the sea shells, lechon, pancit, vegetables and dessert like leche plan, halo-halo.

there are several "dampa" restaurants in metro manila (paranaque, cubao, metrowalk, libis, market market etc). they have their own marketplace, where you can shop for your meals' ingredients. aside from fresh seafood, they also sell meat, vegetables, and fruits. after shopping, you bring it to one of the restaurants and they cook the ingredients you bought according to your instructions. each dishl has a corresponding charge, like buttered shrimps can cost between 100-150 pesos. the charge depends on how complicated the dish you want cooked.

My favorite is the Kamayan which has several locations in Metro Manila. They have a seafood platter which is just right for my asawa and me, and it only costs around 500P. We always go to the one in Ermita just off A. Mabini -Padre Faura.

Go to any seafood restauarant in the Glorietta mall in Makati. I went to a "Chow King" which is pretty good. Also if you get the chance go to "Josephines". Great Filipino food!
