ok right i was playin socom last night right a got off about 5:00 this morning and about 12:00 i turn my ps2 on and now my games showing in black and white.i already check the red white a yellow cord and thats not or the tv so if anyone knows whats goin on plz help me

Have you tried it on another TV?
make sure you're plugging it into a like input on your TV.
your A/V PS2 to TV lead may be shot. Try with another lead
and see if that helps
Is your PS2 chipped? If it is, check to make sure the chip is still
secure, and all solder points are as well.
The only time I've heard of this happening is from a Bad A/V
Cable, or when trying to play different Region games.. ie PAL
game on a NTSC console.

I dont know what's wrong, but I hope you get it up and running. I dont know if I would be able to survive without my SOCOM...and it would definately suck playing it in black and white.
