First find any otter picture then you will need to resize it using a photo editing program. Even Microsoft Paint will work although it is not that easy to work with.

Try Google Image (go to google.com and click images). Do a search for "otter". Make sure you have permission to use the photo you find, though!

Why don't you just find a bigger picture and then shrink it down to fit in the area you need it to?

You can always 'throw away' pixels...but you can't really make pixels.
