When do you start showing?

I took test this morning and it was positive!!! I'm excited to start showing when does this usually happen?

I started to show at five months the first time around and three months the second time around due to being stretched out from the first one. Depending on your body shape you may be starting to show as early as 2-3 months or as late as 5-6 months. Good luck dear and take care of yourself. Your going to be going through at lot of new changes!

It won't be tomorrow. Many women have a week or two of bloating between 8-12 weeks that feels like they are showing, it isn't yet. Most women start showing at about 20 weeks with their first baby. If you are very petite, it may be around 16 or so, and if you are bigger, it may not be until later. With subsequent children, it will be earlier and earlier. I am 20 weeks pregnant (5 months) and it looks like I'm at about 6.5 months (I'm pregnant with #3)! You'll start showing at about the same time that you start to feel the baby move. Waiting is the hardest part of pregnancy so try to be patient and now is a good time to start the paperwork and research part of it all. Look into your insurance, check every baby site on the web (like I had to tell you that) and make a list of what you think you will need. Then ask mothers with babies and small children to look at your list, and don't be offended when they laugh. We all had 6-page lists (just an exaggeration for effect) for the first baby. Find stuff that you can do and the showing, kicking, heartburn, breathlessness, it will come when in comes.

If youre thin, youll probably show a little sooner. Other people could not tell I was pregnant until I was nearly six months with my first child though. 2nd baby I started showing around 4 months and 3rd baby I started showing around 2 months. Of course you will look bloated and feel and look like you just had a big lunch before you start looking actually pregnant.

It sucks for a while because you know your pregnant and may have even had to ditch some of your skinny clothes and other people cant quite tell for some time. But soon enough youll be longing for your little waist again.

Anywhere from four to six months depending on how big the baby is and if you have twins or not. First ones usually take a while to show up after that you start showing faster:):)

It was noticable to me around 4 or 5 months, but not obvious to anyone else until about 6 or 7 months.

With both my pregnancies I didn't start showing til about 6 months, I was about 20 lbs overweight with each one, so that might have an affect. It will be a while so be patient and congrats!!

Congratulations! I started showing at about three months. I hated that stage--you don't look pregnant, you look fat! I know that's horrible but it's true. I started looking "pregnant" at about the sixth month. I miss that but soon you want the baby out. Best of Luck!

I didn't show until about 20 weeks with my first pregnancy. every woman is different though. If you've very thin you may show a little sooner then that but first time moms take a long time to show.

I started showing between 4 and 5 months, But I think it varies on your weight. I"m whatcha call Healthy..lol..If your smaller, you may start showing sooner..Congradulations!!!!

Well, I am 6.5 months along and still barely showing. I am tall and was fit prior to getting pregnant. It all depends on your body. My girlfriend was very very pregnant looking @ 20 weeks so, who knows!!
