the rear seat in most cases may have bolts hiding along the bottom edge of seat perhaps hidden buy carpet, if not sometimes they can be found between the back and the bottom of the rear seat, but most common is to kneel down in front of the rear seat bottom and put your knees against the bottom seat and push in while lifting, this releases the clips that hold the seat.

Yes, generally there are bolts along the edges of where the carpeting meets the leather interior.

Push in on the front of the seat and lift up, it will come right out. Use the same method to replace it!
