Either a gorgeous spa in the middle of the countryside or overlooking the sea. I would wake up to breakfast in bed, go for a nice long refreshing walk either through the countrysie or along the beach or coastal path with amazing views. After a nice lunch i would spend the afternoon having a few relaxing treatments and then have a jacuzzi, followed by a delicious evening dinner and the rest of the night spent chilling in my room listening to music or having a nice peaceful read and soak in a huge, bubble bath, while enjoying a glass of champagne and a few chocolates.

Theres this health farm in Garstang in Preston in UK called Brooklands. I stayed there for a week once, when I'd been ill. Its the best rest and relaxation you could imagine. Jacuzzi, steam baths, swimming pool gym. Loads of treatments and massages, wonderful food..ooh I wish I could go there now. Note: You can book in for relaxation and don't have to be on a weight loss programme. Perfect

Cornwall in u.k. Its so pretty and magical.I could stay in a tiny fishermans cottage and wander the beaches and pretend that the pirates are still around smuggling their rum and I would be swept off my feet by the lord of the manor and then I wake up. So if its not Cornwall then I guess my bed will have to do.

a country house hotel set in grounds for nice walks after breakfast. then some spa treatments for the rest of the day. in the evening, a nice lounge with a big roaring fire to sit by in those big leather chairs, after having a fantastic meal cooked for me.
a cosy room with a big old fashion bed for a great nights sleep. bliss!
