The biggest driving complaints that I have is when people drive with there dogs on there lap, they are a greater risk for crashing than some other drivers because they can't control what the dog is gonna do next. The dog is always in the way wagging their tail hanging out the window.

I own a tow company, so my answers are more toward commercial driving. The truck has a 454 engine, so it will definitely maintain whatever speed I want, but of course with a heavy load on the hook it may take a few seconds to get to speed.
Invariably someone will pass as I'm trying to get to speed, and once in front of me will either drive 55, 10 miles below the limit, or decide they want to turn left and stop in front of me.
Then there are the drivers so fascinated with seeing a wreck that they will not move over when I'm on the side of the road trying to hook up, and tailgate me to get a better look when I'm finally on the road.

People who drive in the middle or outside lane on the motorway when they are not overtaking anyone. This is not only a lazy and selfish practice but also is a major contributor to the congestion on our motorways as they are effectively using two or three lanes for just one car!!!

- dangerous driving, mostly by others
- congestion due to poorly timed traffic lights, poorly signed or organised roadworks
- ill manners, particularly people (drivers or pedestrians) who take it for granted when others give way to them - a single nod or wave of the hand goes a long way
- the lack of road pricing and the extension of the congestion charge in London in particular - I never drive into Central London and I think road pricing is common sense but the extension will actually encourage local residents to use their car when the original scheme was a deterrent
- and more...

It is not speed on the motorway, but those who drive far too close to the vehicle in front to be safe. I believe this is the cause of the majority of accidents. They go up someone's boot and flash their lights wjen sometimes there is nowhere else for the car in front to go safely. It really is brainless to drive like that. We learn stopping distances for the test for a reason. Speed can be safe (though I for one do keep to the limits) - closeness kills.

Too many idiots driving around putting on makeup, or yakking on the phone, reading, eating, anything that has the largest part of their attention diverted from the task at hand, driving. These people are dangerous.

* Tailgaters
* Drivers who don't indicate at roundabouts
* Drivers who don't know how to use a roundabout when going straight (No markings)
* Drivers who can't read road markings properly when approaching roundabouts and driving on them - almost hitting me
* Drivers on mobiles
* Lane hoggers - sit in the middle/right lane on a motorway and there is no-one to overtake - it's an overtaking lane stupid bastards
* Rear fog lights on - blinding you and there is no fog!
* Drivers who moan when they are caught by speed cameras - don't speed in the first place and you wouldn't have that problem

Police cars acting like God by doing stupid 28mph speeds expecting others to follow. ....Me.... I overtake.
Someone driving up your bumper when there's loads of space for them to overtake.
Middle Lane drivers (bloody idiots) not moving over, when there's nothing in the inside lane
Being 'cut-up'
Roadworks with a speed limit, when nobody is working
Pedestians not saying thankyou when you stop to let them cross
Motorbikes overtaking on the inside - stupid danger-causing nutters
Oh that's enough - I'm getting wound up already!!
