I am a resident of Tampines St 81 Blk 887. I wish to book the Multi-purpose hall facilities at Tampines St 73. Is this allowed?

Hi, I believe if you require to book a facility in the nearby neighbourhood area. You may really wish to enquire through the proper channel for booking of any facilities or services.
It may not be necessary but it is always safe to check out everything before you use the facility without any acknowledge. Worst case is you could be charged or fined for using government properties with gaining authorised acknowledge by them.
Kindly visit Tampines Town Council at http://www.ttc.org.sg for more details. Pls look under FEES & CHARGES and find under Use of Common Areas. There is indeed some minimal charges for usage of the facilities.
