I hate to say it, but Joe Pa. After the broken leg, his health is going to be more fragile for a guy in his 80's. I say do the retirement tour and get out after this year to preserve his health.

I think Paterno is not far from it...His health is slowly catching up to him...Bobby Bowden doesn't seem to have many health problems...as much as I agree with JOSH R as a fellow Notre Dame fan...'93 was a heartbreaker...and I do remember Bowden "plugging" his team for national champs to the press...kind of says something about his character...

I think Bowden's gotta go first. Joe-Pa still seems to get it, more or less, and I think Bowden's let the celebrity of his past successes get to his head. Also, the nepotism with his son as off. coord. was terrible.
Bowden's become a parody of himself. Paterno still has the respect of the community.

Bobby Bowden I hate that pompous son of a *****. His teams constantly have character issues and he should have retired a long time ago.

I say Bobby. But that's probably because I'm a die hard ND fan. We typically hate Florida State. The 93 season will never go away.

They are both probably going to die on the field. Neither of them need to retire just a halftime funeral service at the 50 yard line.
