I prefer Shareaza; It's quick, it's free, and best-of-all, it's spyware free. It's powered by GNUtella network and can bridge with all other Bittorrent Clients.

uTorrent is smaller and more compact.
Azureus has more features than you could ever ask for but is a resource hog.
I have a cr*p PC I use uTorrent and am never short of something to watch ;-)
