There are two lists for anniversaries, the traditional list shows the 5th year being the wood anniversary the modern list showing it to be the silverware anniversary. Some traditional suggestions may be a nice wooden frame, clock or wooden wine rack. Some traditional suggestions may be a platter or coffee/tea service if this is something she would like.
