If a kid waves at you are you affraid to wave back?
It seems that in this day and age we have less freedom than ever-less people trust one another-and you can be sued at the drop of a hat.

I don't trust people too much, I am always friendly and they wouldn't know but I have been bitten too much by people

yes. yes. the americans started the sue for anything trend, the british as always follow a few years later.

i know what you mean, but nowdays kids walk around with knives, most people are looking for law suit to get out of poverty,
is it best to be wary?
