Im planning a birthday party for my little sister. Shes thirteen and all her friends are all thirteen but older. Its for june but i need to plan now if im going to do catering. We've had the idea of shopping, cinema and sleepover but is this too much? Should they go in to the city on their own? In case it helps its nottingham so its not far from the tram. All ideas. Food, drinks, stuff to do anything!

Do a sleep-over. It's less expensive, safer and gives em a great chance to bond.

Make it a night to remember by basing the theme on teenage rebellion - and serve them unusual food and drinks that they'd normally otherwise rebel against!

The same applies to music!

Insist on no TV. And the fact that they all have to hunker down by 9pm. And wake up at 6.00!!!

Do a lucky draw where the dares may be rewarded - but in order for them to be rewarded they must do certain chores - like hoovering, washing up, taking the dog for a walk, making a cup of tea, you name it!

We did this for my neice and they loved it!!!

I'm 12 and i have been going into nottingham city since i was about 10.if i was your sister and i wasnt allowed to go to town on my own i would be really embaressed! If i was you i would let them go into town for a while and make sure you have all of their mobile numbers so you can keep in touch.give them some money for lunch somewhere like pizza hut or mcdonalds or something, they could get the bus/tram back.when you get home you could play dare and forfeits games like that.then you could do tea pizza ,pasta and chocolate are good specially if they get to do there own pizzas with whatever they want on it.dont make them go to bed at 9pm they would HATE that let them stay up late and watch dvds and stuff .then let them get up whenever they want.

How about when you make the birthday celebration only in your home, it is good when you make a catering service but when you have more time why you not make your own preparation ? i think your sister is happy when she know that you make self the preparation. She is very proud to tell this to all her friends and very proud to have a sister like you. Very nice also when you have a "Disco " with a magnificent lights and sounds i am sure the Young's enjoyed very well this night.

On the other hand, it is dangerous also in the city late in the night even though her friends were older, to avoid accidents or whatever problems. This is only my opinion, but it's your own choice. thanks... and advance happy 13th birthday to your sister.......

You could go in with them but leave them to go shopping and meet them up later to go to cimena then you know they safe. Cause she is 13 i think you should have a childlike party for fun, the games jelly and ice-cream and you could even do cocktails in champagne glasses to make her feel older.
Just have fun. Think of when you were 13!

What approximately: usa's next miraculous form subject: i'm specific you have heard of the coach, so which you're able to have some frnds be the judges, and a few be the contestants, and you will have human beings pose, form, runway, etc. My pal had one in all those events and it became exciting! *or, despite television coach you like, you need to use that as your subject. Hollywood: beautify your domicile or despite as a Hollywood mansion, and tell all and sundry to gown as a star and prefer do little activities. sea coast celebration: classic, exciting, yet no longer that innovative. no longer all and sundry will remember this celebration. you're able to be able to make it a sea coast celebration, and have a bonfire. I rmemeber i easily loved that celebration as quickly as I went to a bonfire/sea coast celebration. you're able to have hotdogs, make smores, play volleyball. the adult adult males could like this too, and so could ladies. you're able to have human beings carry out appetizers and mocktails for this too. i'm unsure if the adult adult males could gown up, i propose, i understand i could have a annoying time figuring out what to placed on. different than that, it does sound like a good option, yet i think of you're able to ge greater innovative with the on line casino video games. perhaps you're able to hold your travelers to a arcade?? Arcades are continuously cool. you are able to ask the arcade in the event that they are going to section particularly of the arcade purely for you and your travelers. a

suggestions to add on to previous people:
Video games,
At home dance in the evening...with black light(s), and or Disco Ball. (have all the girls bring CD's for a great selection),
Purchase a Soap Making Kit (at a craft store)... My daughter and her friends love this activity.
Bake and decorate your own desserts or cookies.

I prefer not to let them into town by themselves yet.
:)
