OK To Answer Why he is not a First Pick is Simple. He is Only 6 feet Tall and in the NFL teams like there Quarterbacks to be at least 6'1 or 6'2. The reason is because it is harder for them to see over the Tall Offensive Lineman that are 6'5 or 6'6. Also It has been Questions about his arm Strength. Scouts don't feel like it is strong enough to be a Starting Quarterback in the NFL. They feel like Ted Ginn Jr and Anthony Gonzalez bail him out on a lot of plays. Right Now he is projected to be a Third Round pick in the Draft. That could chance because the NFL combine is in March or Early April. If he has a Great work out and interview at the NFL Combine his draft stock may move up. Now I believe he May go to the Carolina Panthers because they are looking for a Quarterback to Challenge Jake Delhomme. He had a Bad season last year and they will not draft a quarterback in the first round. I can't see the Raiders taking Smith because the are going to take Jamarcus Russell out of LSU with the first pick so that would not make much sense. So I hope I answered your Questions.

Yeah Troy Smith is not going to be a first rounder. He will probably be a late second round to early 3rd round. He's not going to the Raiders. Nearly all of the draft experts have the Raiders taking JaMarcus Russell in the first round, so it really wouldnt make sense to draft another QB. I think that the Cleveland Browns will take him with the 3rd pick of the 3rd round.

Wow if i new you,you may be my staggering freind guy, them are my innovations azactly, he's not in basic terms the heisman winner probably the superb QB out of the large ten because Drew Brees from Purdue only a note nonetheless seem how far brees went interior the draft i imagine third or 4th round and seem at him now, not count what the browns receives him the position ever he is going interior the draft, and he will retire C.Fry yet a million element i have been guessing is that he received all his awarness and leasder deliver very last season and that became his purely three hundred and sixty 5 days being amung the best QB's yet that dont propose $hit to me i imagine he became awsome his complete occupation, and tressel informed the media that if it wernt for him he dont imagine they could of beat miami back in 2002 even as smith became pink shirted by technique of how "DEES07" Jason White Retired earlier his rookie preason began and he may of devolped2 if not for that you jack *** get your head acceptable

He'll end up just like every other Ohio State QB that has come out recently the bench then as a care salesmen, insurance salesmen, or on the street. Most Overrated qb to come out since Michael Vick well at least Vick can keep his job, but Smith no one is going to go for him.

I say he is a 5th round pick and that he will end up on the 49ers as a fighter for the 1 slot in the QB position.

I think Troy Smith will end up on the Texans. They don't have a back up for Carr. I'm not sure but I think Carr's contract is ending soon.
