What are some things you think he'll do different in Big D.

My opinion he will need to keep Jerry Jones in the owners box...Where he belongs, then

get rid of T.O...after that whats the next step.

I'll say this much, it was a better choice than Norv Turner.

Wade Phillips is a great fit! He's a defensive style coach, while Jason Garrett will be in charge of the Offense. I always thought that a Defensive minded coach is the best kind of Head Coach!

Reeves interviewed for the 49ers offensive coordinator job before coming to Dallas. So I personally think he will take that job in Dallas next year when Jason Garrett is named the head coach. But you never know; Reeves may be the coach in waiting. EDIT: I just saw where Reeves will NOT be coming to Dallas. They could not agree on a contract. Just in case you didn't know.

First off, I don't think he'll get rid of T.O. He called him part of his family and Wade Phillips will turn the Cowgirls into one of the best defences is the NFL. There's no dooubt aboot it!

They should have hired Norv Turner...He's had success as a head coach with the Redskins...or possibly Ron Rivera from the Bears...This was a mistake...That's what I think...Phillips has been head coach before, in Denver and Buffalo...and nothing special came from it...

I agree get rid of T.O. that guy can't even catch a cold to win the big game. Hopefully my boys will do really good this upcoming season.

Phillips is a retread. He's not a has-been, he's a never-was. If they couldn't win big with the Tuna, they sure aren't going to do it under Bum's boy! Sorry Cowpoke fans, but you'll have to suffer with this guy.
