ticket the speed demons after layin out an ambush. they can outrun the car, but not a chopper and motorola. idiots on high powered crotch rockets is the #1 reason why the insurance rates on a bike like that rival's a corvette instead of a yugo.

From the nature and tone of your question, I'm guessin' you got some kind of bias against motorcycles. And you write poorly.
When I replace your word "is" with the correct word "are", the question begins to make a little more sense. I'll let this slide as Yahoo! is a world-wide service and perhaps English is not your main language. So be it.
The short answer is NO. 2 wheelers, or as we call them here motorcyclists or bikers are not becoming problems for other travellers. In fact, the opposite is true.
There is no shortage of stupid annoying poorly mannered bikers around here. That I'll give you. But you can't lump all motorcyclists together and punish every one of them for the misdeeds or the stupidity of the few.
How exactly do you perceive motorcyclists becoming problems to other travellers anyway? You failed to back up your claim with supporting evidence or even 1 single example of something a biker has done that caused you some amount of distress or harm. Unless you can define exactly what the problem is, I and anyone else reading this drivel will find ourselves at a complete loss at suggesting possible solutions.
Motorists in cages really aren't subjected to any kind of real danger from 2 wheelers. Like I said, it's the other way around. Most motorcyclists are subjected to any number of dangers from cage drivers that are drunk, reading newspapers, watching tv on drop-down LCD tv screens, yapping away on cellphones, getting blowjobs, reading maps, putting on makeup, suddenly switching lanes without signalling, driving 15 MPH under the speed limit in the left lane, or eating a dashboard breakfast. Any number of activities other than paying attention and driving a 3000 to 5000 lb gas guzzler down the highway at 80 mph. Now there's a threat.
Redefine your question please and provide some supporting evidence to back up your weak theory or biased claim against 2 wheelers. Maybe then we could help.

There should be no speed limits for bikes on open highway and they should be allowed to filter through slow/stationary traffic. (I believe only California allows his legally)
Its only a problem for other road users as they are stuck in traffic jams, have no lane discipline which is likely to lead to accidents, and are frequently deliberate in 'cutting up' or murdering motorcyclists by their actions
Solution would be to see motorcycles as a viable means of conserving resources instead of buying another SUV doing 10mpg a best.

First you understand 2 wheeler is not safety vehicle. when you go to 60 or 70 kms speed if you stop the vehicle you must apply front & back breaks. if you go to 70 to 90 kms speed if you stop the vehicle you can apply front & back breaks and change the gear low level. So it is 2 prolem to you.
BECAUSE 4 WHEELERS BETTER THAN 2 WHEELERS.

Those of us who scream about our rights as bikers have a responsibility to obey the laws that will keep others safe even if from ourselves I constantly tell the unbikers what a safety concious group we bikers are and when I see some of us not behaving prudently it pisses me off but then again I have to accept that in a free society there will always be a percentage of folks who have no regard for others and they must be delt with as individuals not as being representative of the entire biker community . ticket the phuquers

Any vehicle with any number of tires going above the speed limit is a problem. The solution is enforcement of the limit by police.
