i just found a quarter that is gold colored what is it. Its a 2005 west virginia?

There is a company that is selling collections of statehood quarters that have been gold plated. Probably somebody got ahold of one of these collections and decided to spend the quarters contained within, perhaps a child maybe?

Probably from some commerative quarter collection seen on one of those TV offers/infomercials. More than likely, they're probably useless since the US Mint never made gold quarters.
