To deliberately be horrible, spiteful and vindictive is not an attractive trait so yes they harbour badness. Some people are just very direct with their opinions and some people just want the points!!

I hate abusive answers. Some people just answer to get the points, but they could still take the question seriously. Most people here asked questions that are very important to them and they deserve to be treated with respect
