The other answers are all good.
Caffeine, sleeping the day before, stay active, don't lie down, don't get to comfy.
As I work nights for a living I can give you a top tip, the warm makes you sleep, if you feel yourself getting tired then spend between five and ten minutes out in the cold. Have a walk around with a cup or coffee, but make sure you get a bit chilly. When you get back indoors switch the heating to low/off, the room will feel warm enough to stop you shivering.
If you use my tip just ensure you are a bit careful as if you get to cold you might not feel if you damage yourself, you just want to feel chilly.
Works for me, good luck

The answer to your question depends on how old you are and why you're trying to stay awake all night.

NoDoz will work. But you're gonna crash hard, so make sure you have the next day to SLEEP!!! i used to work nights, and the first few were only survived with loud music, good friends (i was lucky to work with people i loved!!) and lots of energy drinks. Course, then i would be awake until 10 am...then crash hard. So like i said, make sure you have the time to sleep, and good luck.

The healthiest way, without taking stimulants, would be to sleep the day before if at all possible.
