Generally speaking yes. However the knock-off labels from China have made this a volatile market. Might I suggest looking into rabbit's teeth as an alternative investment vehicle?

For those members who had lost, the blame cannot be pointed at the Government who had encouraged this investment scheme. Instead, the Authority should appoint a renowned investment company to manage the CPF investors funds. Choices should be left to the CPF investors to make the final decisions. As is at the present time, I vote for stopping the CPFIS immediately. Although some people might have made monies from this scheme, the Government should look at the bigger picture to protect the less wiser members. Anybody out there has any idea of the numbers of winners and losers?
