Contact your bank. Some banks will charge you to use foregin atm's, so you will be charged a fee from your bank for using a foregin atm and you will be charged for using the atm from the bank where you are using it, so in the long run you are better off using the ATM of the bank where you do your banking. Also
, ask for a list of branches where they are located, also when you use your card for purchaces, remember always tell them credit instead of debit, because if you say debit there is usually a fee, of about .50 to a couple of dollars, (believe me it adds up) when you say credit it takes out the money from your account but you do not get a fee.
Sorry about the long winded answer.

Tonya;
If your bank is charging you a fee to use the ATM machine, you need to change banks. Most do not charge their own customers to use the ATM, but they may charge a fee if you use another banks ATM.
Do you remember back when ATMs were introduced? They were all FREE because they were supposed to save the bank money by reducing the amount of tellers needed inside the bank.

the way I usually void these pesky ATM withdraw fees
is go to a major supermarket or drug store
chain' buy something any thing -like gum or a soda
and then ask for cash back, that way we still get our cash and not
have to pay for those foreign ATM Fees
most banks (although your mileage might vary)depending on your bank)
don't usually charge for those transactions

"Free" is not a word familiar to Vegas. You will pay one way or another. Your hotel might cash a personal check if you have a CC to underwrite the amount. ATM's everywhere but not "free".
