It would mean that at some point you were abducted by these little green perverts and subsequently analy probed at which time you were inplanted with an anti memory chip however alian anti memory chip technology is not what it could be due to government restrictions on research and inavailability of funding your dreams are a direct result of this government versus science burocratic red tape infested system.
or they could just be really neat dreams .
