My central heating system is done in 1cm copper pipe can you tee off for a second radiator with this system.?

Usually the radiators within a single zone are connected in series. You could open the pipe and connect your second radiator that way.

I think you will have 2 radiators working at half of their capacity. So they wont do a good job heating.
