On the average, how long was your baby in size three and size four diapers. I am trying to stock up and I don't want to overdo it. And yes, I am saving all the receipts in case I do need to return something. I just want some idea so I can figure out how much to buy. Thanks!

My son is tall, and in stage 3 diapers right now- he's 33 inches long- (I have to measure him, I think he grew another inch on me :) ) and weighs 24 lbs- and have to weigh him again (I do this around the 15th of every month. My son is 16 months old. We go through a big box of them from Babies R Us- Pampers Cruisers about every month. The diapers say they'll go to 28lbs, but his diapers now still fit him very well. He's been in this size for quite a few months now- at least since he turned a year, maybe a little before. Once they hit a year of age, they slow down in weight.

Good luck! :)

I found that it depended on the brand I purchased. My daughter was in Huggies size 3 for a few months, but Pampers size 3 seemed to last longer. You could probably get away with purchasing a few cases of each size. To estimate, multiply the number of diapers you change per day times 75 days.

My son is 20-months-old. He just got into size fours. He's 33 inches tall and weighs 22 pounds. My friend's daughter was about 12 months when she started in size fours. I wouldn't suggest stocking up on anything, but maybe buy a small pack and see how they fit and perform. Good luck.

My baby has been in size 3 for months now... if they made a 3 1/2, that's what she would be wearing. The size 4s are still too big (I use Pampers)

I think you could safely buy 3-4 big boxes of each size.

I don't remember how long they were at size 3 or 4 diapers. But i do remember always buying 1 size bigger than the child would normally wear. In clothes too. They grow so fast!! Sam's club or Cosco is good for bulk items. Good luck.

it really depends on how big the baby is. My 2 year old has been in size 4 for a year, and my 9 month old has been in size 4 for about 3-4 months (shes REALLY big)

My 6 month old has been in size 3 for at least a month now. The weight range for that size is quite broad, so I am anticipating her being in them for at least another month.

i know that you fly through n-2 and then size three lasts forever i am assuming that most babies will be in size three from 6 months till atleast 10 months
