Sorry, Buddy, but bankruptcy will NOT erase a tax debt! So, you're either blowing smoke or you're still in the hole for $135k.

I have never heard of past due taxes being discharged by bankruptcy. What is your question?

I didnt know that you could have bankruptcy erase tax debt.
