Im always tired cant sleep have mood swings stress out very easy had my period last week so not due on why am i feeling like this

Can be thyroid or sugar, or dozens of reasons really. Go to the Doc, they will probably rule out anything obvious straight away and then do a couple of simple blood tests.

If it is nothing organic, it may be simple stress. (simple ha! what an understatement!)

How old are you? Could be lots of different things?
You should to to your GP, demand a full set of blood tests. Do you ache all over too? Have you been under alot of stress? Has there been a change in flow when you have your periods?
Fibroid or cysts, could be disturbing your hormonal balance, which would cause you to feel tired and erratic mood swings, along with abnormal periods.
You really ought to get yourself checked out thoroughly. Good luck.

You should get checked out by a medical professional,of which I'm not. However, since you came here for help I'll add my two cents worth. Maybe your working too much,and not getting enough sleep (IE. burning the candle at both ends).Maybe your job is stressing you out. Maybe your personal life is stressing you out.Maybe it's our society in general that is causing it.We live in some of the most stressful times since the dawn of mankind, at least if you believe what our history books tell us.Our world gets crazier by the day,it's enough to make you wonder where it's all headed.However,I have the solution to your problem (provided it's not something medically wrong with you).But if it is psychological try this: Are you a religious person?. If your answer is no then I'd suggest that you become one.If your answer is yes then I would suggest a good bible teaching ministry that can clear up the confusion that your experiencing.The name of the ministry is "Shepherd's Chapel" out of Gravette Ark. U.S.A. They have a web site it is: www.shepherdschapel.com they teach the bible chapter by chapter, book by book, and verse by verse with understanding. That is very important, because understanding the bible is like reading tomorrow's newspaper. It lets you know what is ahead of us,and it's not all doom and gloom like most churches would like you to believe that it is.Now, I've planted my seed, and only God can cause it to sprout. could be throids,youll need mediction to even them out,or i felt like that about 4 years ago went to the docs he sent me 4 blood tests and it showed i had no vitamin b12 in my system at all,he start giving me injections every month for 3 months and the difference was unbelievable.go to your doctor before it gets worse hope that helps.

i know of a person who had similar feelings and ailments as yourself and now she is taking 6 thyroxeen a day and is a lot better when she takes her medication at regular time and don't miss a day keep it regular
