Back in the day, Lincoln's birthday was celebrated February 12, and Washington's February 22 (even though he was actually born on February 11th, but there was confusion between Julian and Gregorian calendars). In 1986, Congress established President's Day on the 3rd Monday of February. So, although Lincoln's Birthday is actually the 12th, we really don't celebrate it anymore, we "celebrate" President's Day by not working.

It depends upon where you live. The State of Illinois has February 12, Lincoln's actual birthday, as a state holiday. Most other places in the US celebrate Lincoln, Washington, and all presidents on President's Day, which I believe is either the second or third Monday in February.
