Well, Egyptians left , like, food and shabtis and amulets and funiture and the Book of the Dead....

And Chinese peoples left jade and stuff.

in Romanian folklore they put several things in the coffin.
For example, women get hair brush,roses, money , and several things for stopping them come out of there...

well..sounds silly i know, but that is in the rural mythology...
