I haven't encountered a cooked pb and j sandwich- but lemme guess how it would go.
You'd probably toast the bread, and then put the pb and j on it. No idea, really, but experiment! Who knows- maybe you'll come up with the next greatest recipe!
Good luck :)

spread peanut butter on one side of a slice of bread (i prefer the crunchy peanut butter, but some prefer creamy)
then spread jelly on one side of another slice of bread
and then put the slice with peanut butter on the slice with jelly (so the jelly and peanut butter are facing each other)
eat with a glas of milk

you boil some water, add some bread, stir until creamy, strain in a colander, pour 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of jelly in a separate bowl, stir and pour over the creamy bread. good luck.

I have heard of deep frying them. Just make them as usual, dip them in breading of your choice, and deep fry.
