If you have a heavy flow try exercising along with cutting out caffeine and drinking water instead. My cycle was messed up (too long, too infrequent & too heavy) until I did these things. I began walking about 1 - 3 miles a day, 5 days a week. Cramps went away, too. (YIPPEE!)

that's the 2nd time I easily have seen an identical question in a pair of weeks. i can purely wager that there is possibly an city fantasy kicking around someplace, began by using somebody's great granny. i'm afraid that increasing fluid intake won't cut back your era era or volume. 6-8 days is an above typical era era besides even however, and it could placed you in hazard of iron deficiency anaemia. there's a drug suggested as cyclokapron, which isn't a hormone which could cut back the two volume and era of bleeding. i could have a communicate with your GP and it could be existence like for him to verify a blood attempt for the two your haemoglobin and your iron shops.
