the last time I had a bad cramps like you do I ended in the hospital with the doctor injecting stronger pain killer. If you really feel that bad I suggest you to go to the hospital now.

for nausea, take a gravol or some kind of anti-nauseant..it should make you sleep and hopefully forget about the pain for a while. If the midol isn't working for your cramps, you could try a heating pad. it won't take the cramping away permanently but it should give you temporary relief at least. a hot bath would be a good idea also, very relaxing.

Try motrin or Pamprin something to thin your blood be sure to drink plenty of water and go for a walk exercise during your period helps get the blood flowing. If motrin doesnt work their is an over the counter drug called Naproxen Sodium my doctor used to prescibe it for me in higher doses try that out. Heating pads and hot baths/ showers can also help.

I think you should go to a hospital straight away. If it's bad enough that it's making you vomit it needs to be checked out. It could be something life-threatening like appendicitis.

On Oprah, she said calcium pills and ibuprofen helps a lot with cramps. I tried it and it helped, but I started the pills before my period started.

Has it ever been this bad before? If not, you might want to go see your doctor or go to a walk-in clinic or even the emergency room.

If your periods are always like that, you might want to look into birth control pills.
