yes because you are not supposed to work for a competitor you need to find another job not in a clothing store

not to my knowledge as long as you are not working for the other when you are on holiday or of sick. Read you terms of employment it normally tells you in there if you can work for another company. If it does say anything about it it will normally be something like YOU MAY NOT WORK IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT FROM THE COMPANY DIRECTOR.
