You can sue anyone for anything but that doesn't mean you have a chance at winning. A judge would probably throw the case out.

I can't imagine anyone wanting to sue their parents for giving them life, but I'm sure they could. You can sue anyone for pretty much any reason these days. Not that you'd win. Any sensible judge would throw the case out.

in this sad and sick society, one can sue another person or corporation for anything, so suing ones parents for being born, if that person is depressed is probably true, as much as it sickens me! too mush time and money is wasted by people, especially greedy females who find new, useless ways to instigate lawsuits so they can get some quick money and live like kings! the laws need to change in america! i read about one woman who has instigated so many lawsuits that she makes a living oput of it! suing others! a person like her needs to be locked out of the system and put in jail for the contempt they show towards the american system! that is my opinion! put some of these greedy people in jail or probation for instigatin these phony lawsuits! probation should be community service feeding the homeless for a year! and working in missons, so they can realize that there are people who are hungry out there! and are not greedy!

I suggest you think long and hard about finding friends with a brain. Filing any law suit involves showing harm of some kind. Your friend might be dumb enough to think being born was harm to him/her. It takes a lot of growing up to understand the difference between "my rights were violated" or "I don't like something and I am just pissed off".
Bet this friend also passes along lots of forwards and internet hoaxes too. Gullible.

Interesting question. I did some searching on the net and could not find anything about suing parents for being born, but I did find that there have been cases of parents suing doctors for allowing their children to be born (pretty bizzare!). Also, disabled people have sued their doctors for allowing them to be born.
See below please:

This is stupid. Why don't we sue Planters peanuts for making our craps hurt. It's stupid reasons like this that make all the other countries laugh at us for being fat and lazy.
We need to start taking responsibility for our actions, shake it off and move on with our lives instead of blaming everyone for our mistakes.

No. A more interesting question would be if you were a failed abortion (they exist) - and suffer some damage, but live - can the state arrest the mother and doctor for abuse?

everytime i have to go to work to make money so i can eat **** and sleep its all their fault they should have to pay for everything i do till i die. yes they should be sued. if i could i would. i have thought about this over and over. they didnt even stay together. yes they shouldbe held responsible for life. if you have kids you have to pay for them till they die why do i have to work!!!! i didnt ask to be here in the 1st place. a judge should consider not everyonce wants to be in this hell of a place and if i could have decided i would have said no thanks i will stay in nothing ness.

Nope. It falls under a woman's right to choose. She can't be sued for having an abortion, so she can't be sued for NOT having an abortion.
