There are very few churches (Christian or other) that accept gays into their flock! Because of this you would have a very difficult time doing any kind of missionary work for any of them. There is Meteropolitan Community Church but as far as I know they do not have an area that deals with missionaries! I guess you could always hide the fact that you are gay and get involved with one of the churches that is very involved in sending missonaries into area that are needed, but I am sure that if it ever came to light that you are gay they would ask you to leave!
Anyway whatever you do - good luck with it!

Do you mean a missionary as in a religious teacher?
Or as in the missionary style (of sex)?
Obviously the answer would be quite different for the two options...
But maybe both would start by getting down on your knees?

Seriously, it all depends upon your religon. If you want to do something of a missionary nature without being religous look into the Peace Corps. I hope this helps.
