Yes, go to the "farmacia" (green illuminated crosses outside), and ask for paracetamol (presume that's what you meant). Spelt the same, pronounced slightly differently Pronounce the "c" as "th" i.e. parathetamol, stressing the "e")

Yes you can certainly buy them in mainland Spain and I imagine they will be available on Tenerife from a pharmacia but be careful as they will be 650 grams as opposed to the 500 gram tablets available in the UK

I would imagine any pharmacy would sell them, you'e only going to tenerife not the back of beyond.. Or just take a small supply with you (but not too many incase customs think you are up to something dodgy).
